This tool is free, open, and accessible to everyone — including candidates. Using it to prepare is legitimate. But be honest with yourself: if you read the expected answers and do not understand them, do not memorize them. Understand them. A recruiter trained with this tool will recognize who recites from who reasons. A technical evaluator will take apart anyone faking it in thirty seconds.
This tool does not replace a real technical evaluation. It trains recruiters to ask better questions and to know when to bring in a technical expert. The questions are based on field experience, not certifications or vendor documentation.
Cognitive approach question: asking whether someone has a linear or lateral thinking approach is voluntary, non-diagnostic, and does not request a medical or psychological disclosure. It helps understand how a person works best and in which team they integrate better. It does not violate GDPR.
Privacy: We track nothing. No Google Analytics, no Tag Manager, no cookies, no fingerprinting. The only monitoring on our servers is security monitoring. Your session results are never stored. When you close this tab, everything disappears.
